Open the menu to change data package

Click  -> Organization Settings -> Account -> Subs

In order to upgrade your or another users data package you need to be an account owner or have the permission account.

Change data package

1. Under Subscriptions, expand  Subs Mobile
2. Go to the user/number in question
3. Expand Call Rate & Data
4. Select the data package you wish to upgrade to
5. Click Save
