If you wish to completely turn off your voicemail, you will need to do this in several places. The reason for this is that we offer a fully customized system and therefore do not have a on or off button for this purpose.

Turn off your voicemail

1. Click on  and select personal settings.
2. Expand Telephony & Conference.
3. Click on No-Answer handling and ensure that no action here sends calls to your voicemail.
4. Click on Call Waiting & busy handling and ensure that no action here sends calls to your voicemail.
5. Click on Decline Action Calls and ensure that no action here sends calls to your voicemail.

Double-check your activity statuses

Go into your activity statuses to ensure that no handling there sends calls to your voicemail. See the guide here to edit your activity statuses.
