Network & hardware requirements
- Use enterprise-grade switches and routers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Minimum network speed: A minimum of 100 Mbps internet connection is recommended to ensure optimal audio and video quality during calls and video conferences. - We recommend using an Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi whenever possible to ensure a stable and reliable connection.
Ethernet connections generally provide lower latency, reduced packet loss, and more consistent network performance compared to Wi-Fi. - Download our Firewall Settings here

- Processor: A modern multi-core processor with a base frequency of at least 1.6 GHz (or higher for better performance). Intel Core i3 or equivalent AMD processors should be sufficient for most use cases
- Memory: At least 4 GB of RAM for smooth operation. For more demanding applications or larger group calls, 8 GB or more may be necessary
- Graphics: Integrated graphics (such as Intel HD Graphics) or a dedicated graphics card with support for hardware video acceleration (VP8, VP9, or H.264) will improve video performance
- Webcam and microphone: A compatible webcam and microphone for audio and video communication during calls and video conferences
Please keep in mind that hardware requirements may differ when running multiple applications on your local computer
